RETURN POLICY

You have the right to return your order (or parts) within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason, provided it is still factory sealed (further exclusions apply).

The return period will expire 14 days after the day that you received the products.

You are the only person liable for any depreciation of the product based on handling or use beyond what is necessary to access its condition. Any free items received with the order must also be returned, otherwise the value of the freebies (according to their retail value) will be deducted from the refund.

Please note that any return costs will *not* be refunded if the product is returned without prior notification.

EXCLUSIONS

The following products are not covered by the right to return:

• Products that have had their original seal opened.

• Products returned outside of the return period.

• Perishable items.

REFUND PROCESS

After you have exercised your right to return, all payments (including shipping costs) will be refunded within 14 days. If you have returned the product without prior notification, we are not eligible to refund any shipping fees incurred. We may also request a tracking code as proof of return before the payment is refunded.

The Refund will be performed by Banktransfer (IBAN to IBAN)
